Why is Matt Millen still talking football?

Matt Millen has no business talking about professional football on any level. In fact, the man is such a complete and utter moron that I am surprised he is able to form coherent sentences. He obliterated an entire decade of Detroit Lions football and defied the entire concept of the NFL's golden rule of parity.

The post-Millen era has turned the Lions organization into cavemen in the modern age. They are so far behind the curve it will take many years to even sniff the concept of respectability. And yet, both NBC and the NFL network parade him out as an "expert" on the game.

Please contact any organization that mistakenly thinks that bringing out the "former NFL General Manager" as a subject matter expert and try to dissuade them from continuing such an egregious error.

Here is what I wrote to the NFL network for putting this fourth class boob on for his "insight" into the colossal failure of Roy Williams:

Dear NFL Network,

Matt Millen single-handedly destroyed more than a decade of Detroit Lions football. For any entity that deals with professional football to use commentary from the least knowledgeable and largest wholesale failure of a GM in the history of professional sports is insulting to your audience on every level. The NFL has continually shown that it is a class league that keeps its fans and the integrity of its game in highest regard. Please stop insulting the fans by dragging out the intrepid Mr. Millen. This act is comparable to interviewing Bozo the Clown for physics lessons because he knows how to use a Seltzer bottle.
